The shower head in our room did not work. The food was nice and the young girls serving were friendly and helpful. A big disappointment for us was that the lounge area, When we retired to did not have enough logs to enjoy a full evening with a fire. We were told there was no more logs or coal. There are a few details which could have made our stay more enjoyable such as newspapers being available on the Sunday morning, or at least the option to order some. As a fairly expensive stay, we felt some additional attention to detail was called for. We stay as a small group in various places for a luxury night away every year. Sadly we would not return to this one
