Air conditioning is present in the hallway and cools the entire sleeping area.

Kalès Holiday is a vacation apartment located in the center of Otranto,
just 300 meters from the historic center and the beautiful beach set at
the foot of the historic ramparts. Everything is within walking
distance.
Otranto is one of the most beautiful destinations in
Salento, with the ancient city and castle, the countless tourist and
cultural attractions, the teeming of small stores and clubs, the
liveliness of the marina, and the charm of the Punta Palascia Lighthouse.
And again, the unspoiled nature of its territory that includes places with postcard views such as the Alimini Lakes and beaches, the bauxite quarry, Porto Badisco, the Bay of Orte and Torre Sant`Emiliano.
 


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- Air conditioner in the hallway.
- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person per week.
- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
