"I called the hotel a month before my stay and asked them which room should I make a reservation if I wanted an ocean view. They assured me that the rooms that are described as having an “Ocean View” have a full ocean view from their balconies. Absolutely, not the case. The room I got had, at best, a “Partial Ocean View”. I can’t imagine the view of the rooms described as having a partial view of the ocean. I called the front desk to get the room I paid for, and rudely were told that the hotel was completely booked. I took pictures of the view of the supposedly “Ocean View” room. To top it all of, I was charged $40.00 per day for a regular car parking. There is no parking on the streets…. AND… $40.00 per day in hotel fees. Go figure…..?!?! Also, if you think that today Hilton’s hotels are what they were before in terms of quality, cleanliness, decor, service, and elegance; you are for big surprise. I was very disappointed with the room I got, the extra charges, and the quality of the stay. We being on vacation to celebrate our 10th. wedding anniversary, this hotel left us a sour note on the ocassion "

"The home was exactly as pictured. Communication with the host was easy, instructions were clear and thoughtful, and everything was clean. We especially appreciated the little touches like the well-stocked coffee drawer. There was one little hiccup along the way but the host was helpful, kind, and reasonable. We really appreciated the way it was handled. I would absolutely return and would recommend this property to anyone!"

"Excellent location near beaches and local shopping with easy access to the Everglades for nature walks. We went on an easy trail walk about 20 minutes from the house and saw literally hundreds of birds. This is an absolutely perfect spot to see a ton of different animals and the kids loved it: burrowing owls, gopher tortoises, dolphins, manatees with the provided kayaks, and fish from the doc. The house itself was fantastic. There were 8 of us and we easily cooked dinner for the whole group and ate together at the massive kitchen island each night. The space was clean, light, and well suited for large groups. A member of our group said it was the first vacation rental that she would 100% return to, which is high praise given the amount she travels. All around a great trip that we look forward to repeating. "

"As others have stated, the home was clean, beds were comfortable and had all the the essentials. The location is excellent. We would absolutely stay here again if the home is available on our next visit. "

"Everything about it was great as advertised. I found the height of the beds to be overwhelming. Needed a chair in the downstairs bedroom. Loved the shower. The dining room and outside of the building needs paint. Place and neighborhood was quiet. Great! Kitchen was well equipped. Would stay there again."
