"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second year renting this house and we have renewed it again for next year. The layout is great, and the pool area is perfect. Location is good, but Marco is small. It is well equipped and any issues that come up are resolved by Marco Island Vacation Properties very quickly. They really want you to have a great experience. There are a few items that a could be improved but overall it is great. Suggestion, bring a Roku stick to get more channels on the tv."

"Matt was a super host. He came to the house when we first got there and personally showed us how to work the pool/hot tub system. We had 5 couples stay and we were all extremely comfortable. We would love to return in the future."

"We had a great stay at this property. The location is great. The amenities were exactly as described. We very much appreciated the beach gear which made going to the beach easy and did not require us buying anything additional in order to enjoy the beach. The owner communicated well and checked in various times throughout the trip. Would definitely consider staying again if we make our way back to Marco Island! "
