"We’ve been to Marco Island multiple times and stayed at a few of the different resort hotels. If luxury is what you’re looking for this may not be the spot for you. The property is basic and was a bit dated (both the building and the unit), but it did have everything we needed for our stay. It was a bit tight for 3 people, but would be just fine for a couple. It was convenient for spending days on the beach and is close to dining options. We would put it into consideration for the next time we visit the area."

"This VRBO truly exceeded our expectations. The property has everything you could ever need to get you started on your Marco Island vacation. The kitchen is exceptionally well-stocked, and the garage is packed with extras—from plenty of pool toys, floats, and bikes to kayaks, several coolers, and beach wagons for easy transport.The house is massive, very clean, and laid out so well that our group of three separate parties each had their own private wing of the house. The pool is also enormous and honestly, the pictures don't even do it justice. It's a short, easy walk or bike ride to the beach, making it the ultimate setup for a multi-family or group getaway. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay!"

"Our family had an amazing week at this beautiful waterfront home. The house was clean and spacious and had everything we needed to feel right at home. The pool area and the amazing dock were a real highlight. We rented a boat for the week and being able to dock it right at the house made exploring waterways, nearby beaches and fishing incredibly convenient.Steve was wonderful and was quick to respond to any questions we had. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for the perfect Marco Island getaway."
