"I called the hotel a month before my stay and asked them which room should I make a reservation if I wanted an ocean view. They assured me that the rooms that are described as having an “Ocean View” have a full ocean view from their balconies. Absolutely, not the case. The room I got had, at best, a “Partial Ocean View”. I can’t imagine the view of the rooms described as having a partial view of the ocean. I called the front desk to get the room I paid for, and rudely were told that the hotel was completely booked. I took pictures of the view of the supposedly “Ocean View” room. To top it all of, I was charged $40.00 per day for a regular car parking. There is no parking on the streets…. AND… $40.00 per day in hotel fees. Go figure…..?!?! Also, if you think that today Hilton’s hotels are what they were before in terms of quality, cleanliness, decor, service, and elegance; you are for big surprise. I was very disappointed with the room I got, the extra charges, and the quality of the stay. We being on vacation to celebrate our 10th. wedding anniversary, this hotel left us a sour note on the ocassion "

"Roomie, nice accommodations. The beach view is slightly obstructed but you can see the ocean and the sunsets!Pool was closed while we were there, under construction. We knew this ahead of time.Walkable to many locations."

"I knew the pool was closed but I didn’t realize we couldn’t use our balcony also. I’m not sure if it said or if I just missed it. Staff at resort was not friendly or helpful with questions about resort. "

"We provided feedback to the management company Vacasa. Bathroom sink drained slow. No sauce pan in kitchen. Small fridge. Felt more like a hotel vs condo having to go to another floor to get ice."

"Condo is VERY NICE! All staff was very professional and pleasure to deal with! Beautiful view! Excellent location! Walkable to shopping & restaurants. Beach Bar & restrooms make the use of the Beach perfect! Property and personnel. Pool being under construction was not too noisy and did not spoil the trip since the beach was so easy to use."
