"the room was both comfortable sit in and sleep. Ideal temperature. Brilliant shower the breakfast was a good range for self service. Nice meal in the bistro bar but would have liked to have been asked about the added tip. Only noticed its addition after looking at the bill receipt. staff were very helpful and courteous. Hotel was lovely and quiet. very restful"

"For what we paid, this was excellent value for money. The room was a little dated, but perfectly comfortable and the bathroom has been returned very nicely. Really helpful staff, super clean room and breakfast was relatively basic, but had several options and was plentiful. It doesn't have many frills.....but you are paying a no frills price. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again"

"The hotel was in a good place, not too far from the town centre and also easy to get back onto the M5. It was also good having the free car park with ample spaces. The staff were helpful. The only downfall the mattresses are very soft and when there are 2 of you in bed you both end up rolling into the middle together. The walls are quite thin and we could hear someone in the next room plugging something in and unplugging it again."
