The staff at El Ejecutivo greatly enhanced my stay. From the front desk to housekeeping and restaurant personnel, every team member demonstrated attentive service, respect, and professionalism. The food at the restaurant was excellent! The building and facilities appear dated. However, they are maintained in working condition, and while some repairs could be more refined, the facilities remain functional.

A real gem of a place to stay! Perfect city location with public transport close by or walk to the Zona Rosa area. The room was very clean and tidy and the bed was super comfortable, despite being an older style hotel it really was the perfect stay. The staff could not be friendlier or happier and who doesn't enjoy Frank Sinatra being played at the breakfast cafe. 5 out of 5 stars for this superb hotel.
