Good location and friendly service at reception. Sauna was closed due to covid which was a major bummer. Fitness room was open but will be closed for a while due to renovation. Looking forward to using the new fitness room on my next trip!

Very well located in the city ceter, it has a parking inhouse that costs 18 EUR per night, the breakfast is excellent, there are a lot of nightclubs nearby

Excellent location and very good breakfast. Friendly staff. More tv channels would be nice and the timing of the automatic shower could be checked.

Best location and nice gym
Excellent location in centre of Oulu. Clean rooms, but a bit dated. Would be nice to have tea and coffee facility in room. Very good gym with more choice of cardio machines and free weights compared to other hotels in Oulu.

Basic hotel
Breakfast room was crowdy and dirty dishes were everywhere. Otherwise peaceful hotel, even by the crowd in breakfast was analyzed hotel was full. Location is perfect. Comment of WIFI is neutral, because I did not use it.

Not a good experience
The room is clean and comfortable. However, there is a staircase between the lift lobby and the room without a ramp. Very inconvenient for visitors carrying heavy luggage. The auto detector for shower is not too sensitive. The water cut many times. Room view is poor. Looking at the windows of another room.

Excellent hotel and value in beautiful Finland.
Another very good experience in a Finnish hotel which showed again their seriousness and welcoming approach to high level customer service. Very well located downtown Oulu. Bikes can be borrowed for free ! Classy.

I travelled with my brothers! The staff was very helpful and friendly, very flexible i was able to go there earlier without extra costs. They had a great sense of humor as well. The breakfast was excellent in deed. Room was tidy and nice colours but not "excellent". Sauna was included but i didn't go at this time. The restaurant Fransman staff was all the way lovely and really polite. Overall, politness was so great and friendliness, you really felt that you are warmly welcome to this hotel!! Very easy to get bus to the airport as well.

Just one comment: the bed I was
Just one comment: the bed I was sleeping on creaks, to the extent that I had to purchase ear plugs to avoid the random creaking noise. Otherwise, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you have to attend early morning workshops for 5 successive days.
