Good breakfast, need a lounge area to eat a pizza brought back to the hotel as there was no seating in the our room

Pleasant pub hotel, with our room part of a barn conversion just across the road (40 seconds walk away). The room was generously sized and very clean, with a large warm radiator . Large bathroom andlovley shower. Allgreat.

Overall our stay was enjoyable and the staff were very courteous at all times. Our room was comfortable and clean but there were areas, particularly in the bar area which were very dusty, in particularly under the table where the menus sat and the adjacent chair. There is not really a true bar area where we might have congregated with other guests and during the time we did sit there the “barman” only appeared briefly once! Breakfast was great but didn’t experience an evening meal as the menu had no appeal

We had a family room and the additional bedroom really helped with space. The accommodation is very well located as it is on a quiet road, but also very handy for the Arlington Row as well as a lovely pub called the Catherine Wheel. The food by Ricardo was lovely. The granola was a particular favourite amongst the family. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay and wouldn't hesitate returning in future!

Very helpful front desk staff,especially Lucy. responded to last minute request to set room up as twin. Very nice room and all in excellent condition. However,It had an interconnecting door to room 209 that was a real problem due to late noise,to 3 am,from the occupants. We will stay there again,but need to be able to specify this matter in the reservation system.
