Accommodation description:
The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms on a plot of about 2000 m2 and is fully fenced. It has a beautiful swimming pool heated by solar energy. Around the pool there is space to sunbathe, or relax in the hot tub. On the terrace there is a dining table for 8. There is also a barbecue and a parasol at your disposal. There is also a covered terrace with smart TV
The Villa is located in Oupia, a village in the French department of Hérault. It is one of the most popular holiday destinations in the Languedoc-Roussillon region. In this region everything is present to experience a top holiday. From beautiful cities like Montpellier, Beziers, to the most beautiful villages like the medieval town Minerve at no less than 12 km distance

A disappointing stay

No one to met us at property as promised but a local neighbour was helpful. Accommodation ok but could have done with drawers in bedrooms and more pillows and better towels. Kitchen ok but the large wooden table had numerous recesses that could not be cleaned. Crockery, cutlery and glasses a mixed bag with cracks or chips in some. Bathrooms not ideal for more elderly as very high baths and the en suite downstairs was part wet room which didn’t drain very well. Outside pool ok once we got the cleaner working but hot tub difficult to access as no decent step . Reported several maintenance issues to the manager which hopefully will be sorted for future visitors

Séjour très agréable dans le village de Oupia

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour avec nos 3 couples d'amis. Nous avons pu visiter les alentours, faire la connaissance du propriétaire et d'un producteur d'olives. Accueil très agréable. Charmant petit village et gens très charmants. Peut-être faudrait-il apporter une attention plus particulière sur le ménage en général surtout pour personnes plus pointilleuses. Villa très sympathique.
