Excellent location. Very friendly and professional staff. The only thing is that I requested two twin beds and I only got one double bed. I had to share the bed. Overall, I’ll go back to this hotel. My go to hotel. I love it.

There was no water or coffee pot in room and staff would not give us one. We had to buy water from a machine in lobby. Breakfast was good but cold and restaurant immediately closed. Coffee machine in lobby—that’s it, the only amenity. Closest restaurant was a mile away at least. Not a great place to go in winter.

Dear guest,Many thnaks for your coomentaries.It's very importante for us.In fact, we dont have coffee machine in the rooms.We have a coffee shop open until 12:00 PM and also a coffee machine in the lobby. Also, you have a mini bar in the room with water and other drinks but is not included, drinks are not included...you have to pay.In the breakfast, if something is not to hot as you wanted, you have orderer to the employee to give you in the way that you wanted. Our service is in buffet style and probably something went to cold.The restaurants in Fatima close at 9:00 P.M....also our restaurant. With our best regards,

It was convenient to walk to & from the Sanctuary. Breakfast was excellent and breakfast bag to go for our early morning departure was great. I thank the service who prepared the food the receptionist were very helpful. The shower curtain smells spoiled and need washing. There should be instruction how to turn on the ac.

Awesome stay
Entire stay was perfect. Staff especially Sandra was really helpful. She facilitated a lot of stuff for us. Breakfast was an added bonus. Very highly recommended and will definitely stay here again if we come back. Very close to the Sanctuary with lots of shops around the hotel

Beautiful, Modern hotel

Remarkable hotel next to the sanctuary
The rooms are brand new, fully refurbished but the best is the staff. Extremely friendly and helpfull. The parking on site is a huge plus.

Close to Basilica
Clean hotel close to Basilica. Walls and doors isolation could be better to reduce the noise form neighbors but that is a common problem with all hotels in Fatima (I have stayed in many of them over the years and all of them had this issue).

Hotel is well situated to the city center and parking is included already so no need to worry. Breakfast is filling. Rooms are clean and staff are nice.

This property is in a perfect location for those visiting the sanctuary as well as being a great base for many other sites in the area (Batalha, Alcobaça, Tomar, etc) The staff are always polite and helpful and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast option is delicious with many offerings to choose from like fried and scrambled eggs, bacon, cheese, pastries, breads, fruit, yogurt, cereals, etc. We booked three rooms- two double rooms and one triple room. The triple room was two twin beds and one Murphy bed. The triple room had a very spacious bathroom! We have stayed here twice in the past year and it’s always a pleasure.

Great hotel
Excellent hotel. Perfect location. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Two minors things that need to be corrected: shower water pressure is very weak and the dinner buffet is ok. I love the hotel. The personnel is very professional and accommodating. Well done!
