"The apartment had ground level entry with a basement bedroom. The check in was unclear/incomplete. The property also listed a washing machine. When I messaged the host asking where the washing machine was, the host sent a video and instructions with a key code to an entry door on a different floor to access the washer/dryer in a hallway of the main floor. The washer/dryer was coin operated. This is not an amenity. There were no towel hooks or towel rods in the bathrooms. There were only 6...

"Die junge Dame an der Rezeption war bei unserer Ankunft etwas wortkarg und wirkte abgelenkt, vermutlich durch ihr Handy. Es schien, als sei sie nicht wirklich bei der Sache. Ansonsten war aber alles super. Das Zimmer war sauber und geräumig, und der Blick von der Dachterrasse auf die Skyline der Stadt war fantastisch.
