Location of thr property is great. Price is low and staff very friendly and helpful. My only downside was the noise. Constalty people up late shouting and early banging in the morning. Couldnt get a good nights sleep because of this but the staff were great and the rooms were clean

Needed somewhere to stay for a last minute trip to Manchester and saw this hotel. Not a brand i recognsed but i neednt have worried.
The staff were fantastic throughout and the delightful and quirky touches throughout the room and the hotel were great.

Stuff with every pleasant it was lovely to have a little boy downstairs that served food and alcohol or soft drinks we even had a coffee
The room was adequate for one night it was very clean and very tidy
