"The apartment was very clean and it had a kitchenette that you could do a bit of cooking. We enjoyed that it was right across the street from the train station, so very convenient for us. Our apartment was a corner apartment so it had lots of windows facing the train station. Each floor had their own laundromat. Staff were super friendly and ready to tell you tourist information. We would definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Supernova, the common areas and room are really nicely designed, and we quite liked the labyrinth of stairs to get to and from our room! "Very elegant hotel, with clean, fresh and tastily decorated rooms and good amenities in central Rotterdam. The breakfast “market” (you “shop” what you want to eat and pay accordingly) is lacking variety a little and there are no hot food options, otherwise a highly recommended hotel choice. Highlight for me was how quiet the room was- I did not have to wear my earplugs I normally wear at night!"

"Good location, 5 to 10 mins walk from Rotterdam train station. Prompt & helpful check in. Excellent shower, bed & good to see eggs, fruit, yoghurt available for breakfast. Disappointed to be charged extra for luggage storage for a few hours. This should be complimentary. Nice touch having fresh water with cucumber at reception. Helpful & polite staff. Thank you"

"Young guy at check-in was very efficient and helpful....corner studio apartment on the 7th floor was really nice.....great views and plenty of living space.....fittings and equipment are all hi-specification (Allesi...Miele...etc). Location couldn't be better...handy for all the shops and a supermarket, all less than 3 minutes walk from the building entrance. Great feature to have a laundry room in the building which is cheap to use....and you don't need to buy detergent! Definitely will stay there again....oh, nearly forgot, half the daily cost of Citizen M nearby and with 10 times bigger room!!"
