"Everything was exactly as expected, up to date clean rooms, beautiful decor, more amenities than we could use, friendly staff. Food and drinks very expensive - like the rest of Vegas!"

"I’ve stayed here before, and it was an upgraded room and I really liked. This trip, was a very basic level room. It was fine but the bathroom wasn’t very nice. The bathroom door was a sliding door that was very janky. Hallway smelled very weird. It just turned me off from staying here again. Construction out front was very annoying, used to be able to cross straight across to Caesars (other side of Strip) easily right in front of Linq. Now it’s blocked off. Won’t return as a guest. "

"Do not stay at this hotel. Horrible guest service, the worst I have ever received in Vegas. Room was small asked for a roller bed, didn’t tell me if the $50 charge after tax and fees per night. Check-in was nightmare, figured that would be the one place they would be friendly. The pool was freezing, one was warm, the sand seemed to have sand flies of something that bit us up. Trying to eat at restaurants there was a joke,Ii understand waiting but they keep pushing priority members in front so the wait was miserable. Regarding priority membership, they never mentioned it to me. Military take note, they offer military discounts but have to inquire, figured checking in w military id would prompt the conversation. "While the casino is clean it isn’t as updated as possible. It looks very run down. Old furniture and fixtures, beautiful bathtub but the exterior windows are not clean. The bed was good though. The television in the room was not clear; snowy picture and could not get the on-screen menu to work properly. No people were able to check us in or out. The ice machine on our floor was broke down. Called the desk to let them know and never spoke to a live person. In fact it was completely impersonal; everything was automated. "
