"Hotel was great! Casino great! Staff great! But the William b steak house was not good!! Food was at the best subpar! Definitely not worth the prices! The waitress was very apologetic due to the long wait from the kitchen. "

Over all the room were comfortable, bed sleeps good. In a perfect area,you will feel safe,they do monitor their premises. Desk clerk were nice and friendly. Wifi wouldnt connect my table/phone. Continental breakfast need some meat/eggs Other than that breakfast great. I recommend this place when you're visiting bossier."
