"The hotel was beautiful. There was some smell of mold in the room but it dissipated when the AC was on for a while. The shower was amazing although the posted pics don't look that great. The room was big and comfortable. The pool was beautiful and we had the place to ourselves. We seemed to be the only guests. The pool deck needs some work. Breakfast was included but was only okay. For the price I can't complain about anything. Beautiful place that just needs some attention. "

"This was a nice place for a cheap price on a very beautiful piece of property which was very well kept. Breakfast was offered in the mornings in the pool area, cleaning is available on request just by putting the sign on the door before leaving the room for the day. Of course, very friendly staff! I will most likely be returning to this hotel when I return in April for songkran festival!"

"I would highly recommend Pillows Boutique Hotel if you don't need to be in the heart of Chiang Mai, and want a luxury hotel for a budget price. The rooms were very nice, very clean, in a quiet area and only 10 minutes or so from central Chiang Mai by car. But once I return to my room in the evening, some of my cosmetics didn't placed in the same position. Even my perfume which I put in the closed box, the box kept opened when I return to the room.
