"Clean room, bus station was right outside. Shower backed up fast, slow to go down. Good option for a cheap stay, about a 30 minute bus ride into Venecia."

"Abbiamo soggiornato due notti in questa struttura. La camera era pulita con moquette a terra. Bagno rifatto nuovo e pulito, un pelino piccolo, ma funzionale. È disponibile una sala comune dove poter mangiare e una terrazza. Servizio di accoglienza ottimo con tanto di spiegazione delle attrazioni vicine. "Room was clean. Bathroom needs some updating, but was accommodating. Room was comfy and air conditioned. Tv came with lots of apps: Netflix, Hulu, Crunchyroll, etc. The bus to Venice was very close and easy to navigate. Make sure to contact the host via WhatsApp!"

"There was no housenumber - when i finally found it with help from locals there was no instructions -at least in english. Nobody answered the door. Had to book another room and they wouldnt refund the money. STAY AWAY"

"Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful about finding things to do and how to get into and out of Venice efficiently from the nearby train station. Clarissa was particularly helpful with her insights on where to eat and what to see in Venice itself. Room was large. Hotel is small any quiet and out of the way. You will need a car to stay here since nothing is within walking distance. "
