"This newly renovated property has the latest in tech—everything is automated from your phone. It has a gated place to park your car and is very convenient to the Venice airport. There are some nice restaurants and coffee shops in town within 5 minutes walk but it’s quiet and there’s no traffic to fight. We had a great stay the night before our flight out."

"Breakfast was good. Staff was very friendly and helpful about finding things to do and how to get into and out of Venice efficiently from the nearby train station. Clarissa was particularly helpful with her insights on where to eat and what to see in Venice itself. Room was large. Hotel is small any quiet and out of the way. You will need a car to stay here since nothing is within walking distance. "

"This place is a hidden jewel close to the airport in the city but might as well be 100 miles away. A working farm with charming rooms, a Michelin recognized restaurant on site, a gorgeous pool area, and wonderful breakfast. All while goats and horses run around the property in fenced pastures. Incredible value for the experience and a nice way to avoid crazy Venice while waiting for a flight."

"If you are touring northern Italy by car, THIS IS THE PERFECT base for your Venice/Padova excursions!! The place is a classic Italian country villa, with the friendliest staff of the entire trip. We were allowed to leave the car inside their secure grounds while visiting Venice, even if it was our checkout day.
