Staff was excellent as was the building/ Only issue was the AC. Having to put and keep key in slot for AC is terrible, We wood leave in the early morning come back mid to late in the afternoon and temp. in the room was terrible. It would take until late evening to cool back down/ The staff was great and unbelievably helpful and nice

Clean and easy check-in. Only a minute walk to the bus stop that takes you down to the center -about 7 miles- where you can catch water taxi’s, gondola rides, and walk the beautiful canals and bridges. The restaurant was delicious and service was great.
