Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn

8/10 Good

"Hotel was close to Downtown Disney, about a 15 mins walk. Their continental breakfast was basic, but does its job of feeding us. Parking was a bit expensive at $25/day, but very convenient. Target is a 7 min drive down the road which allowed us to buy snacks for the park and Disney merchandise. Walmart is about 15 min drive. Rooms were clean but my sister did fall in the shower because its slippery. Overall, we had a good time, would stay again."

"I wanted to live this hotel so much. BUT it was a miserable stay. We came home late from the park to find there was no water. Apparently they had a pipe burst and had turned off the water until the morning in the morning. We woke up to freezing water with no pressure. We decided to go about our day coming home that evening around 7 o’clock to the same cold water and no pressure. We booked this hotel, strictly for the waterslides in the pool for the second half of our vacation after we were done with Disneyland days in the beginning of the vacation. Only to be told that the slides will be closed until later this month. Staff seemed disconnected and unsure of what was happening unable to provide apologies or accommodations."

"Those hotel has hidden fees that they introduce when you arrive. Our king room had bunk beds, which was not included in the details of our reservation. Different employees told us the walk to disneyland was 15 minutes when that was not the case."

"The hotel was very close and within walking distance of Disneyland. It was nice we could leave our car in the parking lot after checking out. On the downside, the lobby’s floors were dirty with noticeable spills, the furnishings are a bit rundown, there were no extras in the room such as an ice bucket or shower caps. It was fine for one night."

"The room was clean and the hotel staff were attentive to its care. Fresh towels and sheets every night. Shower pressure is a bit weak and slow to heat but it's fine. Our room's shower was extremely slick even when dry so use of the shower mat is highly advised. Beds were firm--a bit too firm for my liking. The air conditioner was efficient and cold. Every convenience is within a short walking distance from the hotel, with the convention center about ten minutes away and Disneyland the same. The front office staff were very friendly and accommodating. They certainly helped us feel welcome, and necessary processes and questions were a breeze. Although we didn't use them, there is a small fully automated convenience shop on the hotel grounds as well as a laundry facility for those that need it. Overall if I was to come to this area again on holiday, I would happily choose King's Inn Anaheim again. 👍"
