This hotel is a gem in LA. Real enjoyed our stay, from checkin to check out and all in between the service was excellent. We were a family of 5 ( 1 child 2 teenagers) we had the Family Suite and is was perfect for us ( after being nervous that it might be too small when booking). The trolley service to Universal was great. Would highly recommend
