"We've visited this property seven times in the last six years. What can I say we like it and the staff make the stay enjoyable. Nolberto bell boy, Gloria breakfast assistant, Dalia egg station, Louisa housekeeper, Jorge pool bartender, Fausto, Raman all have such great personalities and that is why we return year after year. Great distance to local shops and dining options. This is a family friendly hotel, I enjoy hearing the kids play. My only complaint is the kids kept throwing food in the pool and doing cannonballs and that is not allowed. That went on for a few days and pool security showed up and finally did something about it. Even with that small annoyance our stay was great."

"The Spa was a beautiful experience with an amazing view. I loved all the restaurants, the coffee shop and the sport’s bar. The Vivaz restaurant was amazing, the manager was so attentive that she brought my mom and I birthday cakes for both when she found out we were celebrating our birthdays! She was amazing Furniture is worn out and the cleaning crew need to disinfect the room telephone which had a very bad smell as well as the toilet room I got sick from one day to another I had food poisoning or something like that but I was very pleased with the room service and the food and beverage manager that kept checking on me and the meals they provided were just what I needed after the bad experience I would go back and stay at this resort! Views are amazing, people working there do a great job and the shows that they have nightly were amazing! The team trying to sell vacation packages is a waste of time and they take to much time and are very persistent that is hard to get out of there! I would recommend this resort regardless the few bad incidents. Once again I will love to go back ❤️"

"Pésimo hotel. le falta mucho mantenimiento nosotros. Rentamos 12 habitaciones y ni una función el aire. La comida. Le falta mucha variedad no ay nada. No hablemos del servicio La gerenta muy grosera. No te resulve nada. Pésimo en todo. No se los recomiendo para nada"

"The room had a terrible smell. It smelled like sewer water. Smelled like the drain pipes were full of human waist. When we let front desk know they just sent someone to spray fabuloso. Causing the room to smell even worst and making us nauseous. Horrible experience at this hotel."
