"We've visited this property seven times in the last six years. What can I say we like it and the staff make the stay enjoyable. Nolberto bell boy, Gloria breakfast assistant, Dalia egg station, Louisa housekeeper, Jorge pool bartender, Fausto, Raman all have such great personalities and that is why we return year after year. Great distance to local shops and dining options.
This is a family friendly hotel, I enjoy hearing the kids play. My only complaint is the kids kept throwing food in the pool and doing cannonballs and that is not allowed. That went on for a few days and pool security showed up and finally did something about it. Even with that small annoyance our stay was great."
