"The place was nice to stay at. Enjoyed the coffee when it was working and would be nice if staff knew how to fix coffee machine. Rooms were small but just to sleep in was nice. Did not care for shower but restroom was very well for visiting. I would definitely stay again."

"Every about the hotel was great, the check in was quick, the amenities were great. Everything was in a central location. Would definitely be staying here again for my next trip."

"You can walk to the hotel from the Airport - approx. 2/3's of a mile. So you can skip the shuttle if light baggage. Clean rooms, dining options are great and quiet for such a busy hotel. I only had one issue - the bathroom door did not close in the door jam - did they have an earthquake that knocked it out of alignment? It would stay up against the jam but there was no way it will ever close in its current position. Not a problem for a loan travel, but a couple of travelers would prefer it close all the way in the jam. Breakfast off the menu was great and greatly served! I had the calamari appetizer for dinner - very well done and tasty!"

"Nice big rooms very clean. My first night there was a very, very loud booming pounding musical event on the floor right above me keeping me up way too late. My complaint did, however reach management who credited my room with a generous amount. I felt very well taken care of. I had one dinner and breakfast in hotel quite excellent."

"The property is in an excellent location. It is in the center of downtown Honolulu close to multiple bars and restaurants. Very close to most of the popular attractions, etc. While not on the beach, it is directly across the street from the beach with full beach access. My only critique is the $65 a day resort fees for which I felt we received very little value. The pool area is very small with limited seating and if you are there when there are multiple children, it is not a relaxing experience. We went the first day afternoon of our trip and did not bother going back. I would have preferred to have stayed a few blocks away from the ocean and saved that resort fee for the use we received."

"We really enjoyed our stay and the service and staff offering were wonderful. From check in and helping us with a dual access room to be near our kids, every question to service staff was answered in a friendly way and nothing was too much trouble. Location great, rooms great, service great, you can’t ask for more than that for an L.A. visit. "
