"Grand old hotel in the heart of Seattle. Very nice public spaces and bar/restaurant space. Breakfast at Oliver’s was great, the service and food. We had a suite room which was very comfortable, clean and relatively spacious. During our stay we attended a concert at the Climate Pledge Arena. This hotel is just around the corner from the monorail station making transport to and from the concert very convenient. There are many restaurants and pubs in the area and Pike Place Market is an easy walk away. We were very happy with our stay."

"Hope all the stay was great things were not as clean as they should have been. The ice machine on our floor did not work nor did the one below us and had to travel either to the desk or to the third floor to get ice. Overall, things were very nice. Just need to be a little updated in better kept but the day was fine."
