"We had an emergency right outside our room at night and the sprinklers in hallway were activated and siren going on. To me there was a little bit of a delay in hotel Maintenance to respond to this incident. When finally the sprinklers were turned off in hallway, outside our room was flooded and our Hoka tennis shoes were soaked. All we received was a sorry and $100 credit. Our Hoka tennis shoes are worth over $300. Not very happy with management to ONLY offer us just $100 credit. My wife and I were not happy and were more disappointed and next time might go elsewhere. This was suppose to be our 25th anniversary."

"The rooms were average, nothing fancy, but sufficient for a family of 4 going to Disneyland and a wedding. I would say they could use some more ways to hang things in the room, like hooks on the walls. Without a doubt the service was excellent! We were a bit high maintenance and they accommodated all of our requests immediately and without hesitation. Can't say enough positive things about the staff!"

"The Bayview rooms are worth every penny. The view is spectacular. Tower 1 rooms were more updated and had better mattresses. We also stayed in Tower 3 with the Skyline view and at night, that view was beautiful on the upper floors. The hotel location is perfect and you can walk to everything. The hotel is slightly dated but, the view and location make up for that all day long. It is rare to be able to walk out onto a balcony with sliding glass doors. Being able to get fresh air with a useable balcony was a major treat!"
