Anaheim Majestic Garden Hotel

"The staff were friendly and the entrance to the hotel was nice and I was hopeful having never stayed here before. The room was old and worn- the grout in the shower was gross, never mind the corners of the bathroom, chipped paint and worn-ness- the aged toilet with black worn porcelain spots-the AC vent high had black streaks and the aged furniture that has taken a beating. For the price and not thinking about it too much this hotel is ok to stay. People love the shuttle to and from Disneyland. I won’t be staying here again. Too many other options."

"First stay here and very happy! Rooms were spacious and well stocked - perfect for a large family. Breakfast was great and the staff was warm and inviting. Loved being close to dining and shopping and walking distance to Disney!"

"If you’re going to a baseball game or somewhere downtown, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s super easy to navigate getting back. So many movies were filmed here so it’s kind of fun to experience. They give you a few more perks compared to other hotels when you check in like the beverage credit some spa credit and different things instead of just 1. The staff and attitudes in the restaurants and cafes could be a lot better, but it’s LA and part of the culture. I also called for bell service and they told me that they didn’t do bell service and I was like OK… and then he called back and said I’m sorry I was just really busy so I didn’t appreciate being lied to you, but I’m glad that he apologized"

"The hotel was decent. Except they gave us a room at the very end of the hall right next to all of the dumpsters and where the employees congregate outside. The other complaint I would have about the room is that the sink had basically no pressure at all. They give you two bottles of water when you arrive and when we requested two more from the giant stack they keep behind the desk on another day, they declined and said didn't you get them at check-in? The staff are not that friendly, but they had a great outside patio area in the location was top notch."

"A really nice location an excellent hotel. The food was a bit expensive but actually quite good. A very nice pool but unfortunately no Jacuzzi or whirlpool I would give it a 9.3 on a scale of 10 staff was helpful and generally friendly."
