"Communicating was easy and enjoyable, unit was as advertised, clean, cute, and comfortable. I also had one of the best nights of sleep of my life because I found the bed to be so comfortable. Conveniently located, I was able to park my car in a lot (Pat’s) and walk to everything I wanted to get to. Although it’s on Commercial Street, I didn’t experience a lot of noise, just normal street traffic. Really great place to stay and I highly recommend it!"

"The staff is top notch. Hotel is a little dated but they’re working on it. We like the beds and it’s far enough away from The crowds but close enough to walk everywhere! Free breakfast is great! As long as rates don’t increase we will continue to come back each year! Free ride to the fast ferry is a huge bonus!"

"This is a wonderful place to stay for any visit to Provincetown. Located at the east end of town with a perfect view of the bay across the street. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and warm. I was there in October so I missed the opportunity to swim in their beautiful pool. The amenities within the building are minimal in October at least, but there was a fantastic fresh coffee, bean grinder server that made me my precious cup of the coffee every day during my visit. I will definitely stay there again since it was just a short walk to downtown. And even a quicker drive. Plus, the east end is full of all the artists from the area. I am an artist, and that was the perfect location for me to be. I would highly recommend this location to all, then again I don’t want you to ruin my favorite spot"

"Simple and charming cottage. We got a garden-view room that was comfortable. The hosts, Gary and Jared, were very nice. All the guests chatted around the breakfast table, and in the evening there was a nice fire in the drawing room and you can chill (we played board games). The continental breakfast kept us going until late afternoon or evening."

From reception through dinner, drinks at the upstairs bar then the evening in the downstairs piano bar, everything was absolutely first rate. It's our new favorite place to stay.
