We stayed in a lovely room above the pub overlooking the harbour. The room was spacious and we liked being right in the heart of the town. It can be noisy though with music from nearby pubs so expect that to go on until 11ish. The staff are all very helpful and the pub itself is lovely. Parking is tricky, we were lucky to find a spot nearby but we did have to pay.

Lovely hotel with fabulous staff, helpful and very friendly . Hotel is in a great location. Meals are very good, breakfast was set out nice, good choice. We would come here again.

Had a really friendly welcome when we arrived and our room was upgraded too with a surprised bottle of bubbly for our Anniversary.The receptionist and all the staff, particularly Hayden could not do enough for us . The food and table service was excellent too. Cannot fought anything with our stay - will certainly be back as Padstow is our special place to come . Thank you to everyone 😊

Wow time at the Old Custom House Padstow

This was a weekend away for our anniversary. The Old Custom House was fantastic and the room we had, had a lovely view over the harbour. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast in the bar was superb. Will definitely be returning again in the future.

Great clean, comfortable rooms with fantastic views. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. The breakfast is a great way to start the day. The only thing is the wi-fi is a bit hit and miss. To park it is best to get there before 10am or after 5.30pm as parking is very limited. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

1st class service and accommodation

We had a lovely stay especially the room (no.10) we were given overlooking the harbour. The food was good value especially the fish and chips. The service was excellent from when we arrived and especially sending on free of charge the iPad we left in the room. Highly recommend for it location, service and value

Short and sweet

An overnight stay on a break in Padstow. Great location, good value for money and very helpful staff, especially John who checked us in and sorted a booking glitch. Good size room, comfortable bed and Elemis toiletries. Room and bathroom a little tired but clean. Opted for inclusive breakfast rate and choice was very good as was the food. Very happy to recommend.

It was tired and very dirty mold in shower and in windows bird excrement all over windows, really disappointing not at all what was advertised feel like we really over paid for what was delivered the pictures are very different from reality.
