Spacious 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of the English Riviera, just 2 minutes from Paignton seafront and less than 10 to the harbour and pier. Enjoy a private garden with hot tub, free Wi-Fi, Netflix, and private parking. Family- and pet-friendly.

Two king rooms can be arranged as twins, plus a double room, offering up to 7 separate beds and sleeping 8 guests. A welcome guide with local recommendations is provided.

Note: Hot tub use Oct–Apr has an extra charge of £50–£150.

Walking holiday

Fab house with everything you need for a great holiday, Lenka was very helpful and quick to reply. Location excellent for costal walks with plenty of restaurants and bars in Paignton or Torquay which is only 2.5 miles away. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect location

Booking & communication with Lenka was very easy. She was super quick at dealing with enquiries & helpful. The property is in an ideal location for lots of activities. I had 3 adults & 4 children and this property was a good size. All the bedrooms are a good size. The hot-tub is a nice touch. The garden is a small but we managed as we were out most of the day. A few issues with the shower but Lenka offered us refund for this. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is because of dog hairs on the floor & furniture, otherwise we loved staying here. Lenka was super polite & accomodating .
