Churston sleeps up to 4 guests with a double bed and a sofa bed, making it perfect for couples, small families and relaxing Devon seaside escapes.

Fiveway Apartments combines the Victorian character of our historic 1865 seaside property with modern amenities, design and home comforts to provide the perfect self-catering English Riviera escape.

Guests also have access to shared coin-operated laundry facilities within the building (please provide your own detergent).

Churston is not a pet-friendly apartment, but selected Fiveway Apartments welcome dogs. Please contact us if you require pet-friendly accommodation.

Guest access
Guests have private use of the entire Churston Apartment throughout their stay.

The apartment is completely self-contained and accessed through Fiveway Apartments, our character Victorian property opposite the Paignton seafront.

We offer simple self check-in using an exterior lockbox and private apartment keypad access, giving guests flexibility when arriving and throughout the stay.

Please note that there are steps up to the building entrance and due to the historic nature of the building, no lift is available. The Churston is upstairs on the second floor.

Other things to note:

Fiveway Apartments is a renovated historic Victorian seaside property, so each apartment has its own individual character and layout.

This apartment is not pet friendly. Dog-friendly options are available in selected Fiveway Apartments.

The Paignton Promenade improvement project is upgrading the seafront with improved public spaces, landscaping and facilities. Sea views can be partially obstructed at this time.

Lost keys incur a £50 replacement charge.
