"Room was clean and staff were really friendly and helpful"

"A decent wide selection of breakfast. Hotel even planned a small Easter decoration table and mini games for the children to participate and to receive a gift treat. We found it very thoughtful! There was also a small dedicated play area for toddlers and younger children. Location of the hotel is not in city centre, but it is perfect for travellers taking the VR train as it is connected to the Kupittaa train station. It was not noisy at all! Would definitely consider staying here again in future. "

"My room was a little beat up. Definitely has seen better days but everything was clean and worked as it should. I’d say they’re due for a cosmetic update. I like that the windows open a bit for fresh air. I don’t like having to use my key to work the lights. If that’s required at least have the card slot glow instead of making me fumble for it when I came home at night. Staff was wonderful. Particularly in the restaurant and bar. Top notch. Food was also delicious."

"This is VERY child friendly, so if you are looking for peace and quiet, this is not for you. That being said, the rooms were quite soundproof unlike in the U.S. The staff was friendly, the breakfast spread was large, and the location was good."

"Mycket bra och förmånligt boende i Åbo centrum. Trots att rummet var ut mot torget och huvudgatan så var det riktigt tyst och lugnt. Minikök med presskanna och stor kaffeportion samt tepåsar. Blir definitivt flera besök på detta hotell. "

"Excellent location to go every where. All buses pass around the corner. The mall and supermarket right downstairs and across the street. The apartment has everything you need to sleep and quick cook snacks to save some money. Good ratio price / quality. "
