The check in was very easy and he was so kind to let us check in earlier cause no other guests was in the apartment the day before. The apartment is probably the best equipped one we have ever rented and the owners thought of every detail in the amenities provided. "We had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully designed, and decorated in a stylish modern-contemporary way. We were due to arrive after the reception’s usual closing time, but the hotel went out of their way to accommodate us, staying their until 10:30pm just so we could check in. Check-in was quick and effortless, and from the very start, the service exceeded our expectations. One of the owners personally helped us, and she was simply phenomenal — warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. She even went above and beyond to help us with our travel plans, looking up Bernina Express train times and sending the information to me via WhatsApp. The breakfast the next morning was delicious and set us up perfectly for our onward journey. This was the perfect pit stop before catching the Bernina Express, and we left feeling well-rested, cared for, and very impressed. We would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area."
