"Very easy process....the host was amazing and helped with every detail. I arranged a holidays taxi transfer to R2 Pajara Beach which was opposite and skipped over lol. The only confusion was the whirlpool...which I mistook as a jacuzzi but simply meant a nice bath...still great ...lovely location, great time. Will definitely stay again"

"If a pool is what you want,it's a small pool big enough for a dip,with metal entrance steps,you should be aware if you have small children.everything was there at this villa, it is well equiped.low level entrance, parking off road was ok ,but no allocated place.it was a fabulous base,for touring around the island.we had a great stay."

"Not our best holiday by far, can’t put my finger on it But everyone & everything was hard work, felt constantly you were doing something wrong.. The bookings all had to be done on app, for breakfast / lunch / dinner had to be placed night before & if you want to change it omg, it was like I asked them to redecorate!!! You were left standing waiting for table for at least ten minutes , when the place was half empty..( I know they were under staffed ) but I have cancer & a walking stick , which they could see but still left us standing.. The restaurants were all freezing , they left door open & the wind was blowing through & again when I asked them to close the door ( as you could see everyone else was freezing, they didn’t like it !! Breakfast a bird constantly flew in & was nibbling at the bread. The spa booking system the same , you walked to spa & asked to come in & ‘have you booked’ No because I didn’t know it would be cloudy & want to come in & keep warm… you should book first She says… so go to main reception to book in & they tell me to book at spa !!! We had a suite, which was nice but the balcony view was a high solid wall , so when sitting you couldn’t see through.. many other balcony’s had mesh walls, which would have been better. We asked for the my boys suite to have a sofa bed made up & they pulled out a single from under sofa ! The rooms were not emptied of empty bottles / coffee pods everyday.. The noise in bathroom from other toilets flushing was very loud. "

"Beautiful property, perfect for our needs. Good quality furniture and fittings. Gorgeous sun terrace with sea views. Host met us, very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again. "

"Very comfortable accommodation. Hotel over the road was great for renting a tennis court. Lovely to have enough loo rolls and dishwasher liquid for 10 days! We missed uk tv except for sky but we rediscovered chess a result. We couldn’t find a plug for the bath but found the plug from the sink in the kitchen fitted, so if you can’t find a plug downstairs that is why. We enjoyed our stay."

"I stayed in a newly renovated Privilege Room, which had access to a private lounge and restaurant offering à la carte menus and breakfast options each day. This add-on was a nice touch and provided a quiet place to enjoy meals away from the busy buffet restaurant. I also liked the spa and the range of treatments. However, all the beaches surrounding the hotel (including the hotel beach at Playa Esmeralda) attract nudists. I found this to be very unpleasant."

"The hotel itself was really nice, a fantastic layout and the staff were all really friendly. I was let down by the food; I’m not sure if it was related but I was taken ill a few days into the trip, and I’m convinced it was because of something I ate. As a result I couldn’t do much for a couple of days due to sickness. I noticed a few times that food that was under the heated section felt cold, making me question how long it has been sat there. Some of the fruit too also felt like it was on the verge of going off - some watermelon springs to mind that was extremely soft and didn’t feel like it was fresh. Overall, a nice hotel and the staff were great, but the food really let it down for me. "

"Everything we needed. The pool is quite deep so children would need supervision. No English channels on the TV. Loads of beaches within walking distance. A car is a big advantage "
