"We upgraded our stay, but it some of the upgrade figures never materialised, even after highlighting this to reception staff, which were rather ignorant. Housekeeping staff were very nice and friendly, big thank you to them. Bar and restaurant staff were hit and miss, some of them were very good, others were not really interested in their job. "Very nice see view, very good food. However there are multiple small things which need attention: deck outside was broken with screws sticking out (bit scarry when you travel with kid), faulty hairdryer, missing plug for hydromassage bath, sometimes houskeeping service did not left water or coffe capsulles and salty water in swimming pool (which we not expected)"

"The hotel is well located with a lovely beach and nearby facilities. What we enjoyed the most is the variety and quality of the evening entertainments, great also for families with kids. Also another small but important aspect was that the outdoor pools were heated so the kids could enjoy the water play even in a cooler weather."
