Unclear room limited occupancy in the Expedia website, cause me troubles during check in and tried to clear the issue.
The A/C were loud and took awhile to cool down.
Love location though as being return customers years after years. The river views were nice.

Very good value for money. Nice room with study and fridge and good gym and pool and even shuttle to mrt. Breakfast was nice also. Staff super friendly and helpful

We loved this place! The location was unbeatable to so many incredible parts of Bangkok, the staff was always helpful, smiling, and friendly. We were even greeted with tea when we had a flight delay and arrived at 1 am. The plave was exquisitely decorated. the bed was comfortable and it was all impeccably clean. The restaurants on site were great food and entertainment. The noise level was minimal even though right outside is the famous night market. We even tried the small but very well done spa for a couples massage and got a much needed great massage by a woman who clearly knew her craft . We were lucky to find this gem and plan on returning.

"I been to the hotel on several occasions.check in is long and staff has no clue that I'm a loyal customer. THe deposit for the hotel is suspect when you try to pay with card..they say dont you have cash. It's has been identified by staff if you pay by card it takes a month to get your deposit back.i ..."
