"Clean and beautiful hotel in central Merida, right by the main plaza and the market. It is in an old building but the staff do a great job of maintaining it and it has a lot of charm. I appreciated the consistent hot water and that the area is quiet even though it is near the main square. I would stay here again. It could only be better if it had a pool and/or jacuzzi. "

After leaving because we had no other option with the car and our stuff, we tried to have expida contact them, the emailed and called with no response. Save your money and avoid. Worst experience we have ever had. "
