"Essentially worth of money "

"Can't speak highly enough. The staff was helpful beyond belief. The safari driver organised had 14 years experience and we saw everything we hoped for. Staff found a large printed photograph on a board for me to purchase. It was taken by the GM at Yala in a similar position to what we spotted our leopard. Money goes to a conservation fund."

"If you are looking for a hotel nearby the national park, look no further as this place is perfect You will be sunbathing watching crocodiles in the lake(it’s safe, don’t worry!!) admiring the sunset with the buffaloes and keep hoping an elephant will pop in. The rooms are spectacular,spacious and very very clean. The buffet (both breakfast and dinner) is yummy and with a variety I haven’t seen before. But the highlight of this hotel is the staff. We had the best people looking after us and this was the best thing!"

"We absolutely loved our stay here. From dining under the stars by candlelight in the national park to waking up in the heart of the bush in our gorgeous accommodation- it was magical. Breakfast in the treetops was an unforgettable experience, and the entire setting felt like something out of a dream. The staff were attentive to our every need, and a special mention goes to Robbie, who was simply amazing throughout our stay. This place is an absolute must when visiting Yala. We can’t wait to return!"

"Outstanding hotel! Loved everything about it. We were visiting for 1 night to do the safari (which was also fab) but wished we stayed another night just to chillax!! Was nicely surprised that their dining prices were no more expensive (in fact cheaper in some cases) than other equivalent properties in Sri Lanka given the remoteness & no other options! Food & staff were great. Lovely pool. Highly recommend."

"Stayed at this hotel for one night. Went to another hotel in Yala. Was not pleased with what I saw. My family and I turned around and went back to stay here for another night. Very clean hotel, very polite staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have a relaxing and comfortable stay. Highly recommend staying here if you are ever in Weerawila. "This is an amazing hotel, everything is very special. Rooms are clean and spacious and with lovely views and lots of natural light. The facilities such as the pool and the spa are fantastic. The restaurant really yummy and lovely atmosphere. The staff members are extraordinary. Our son doesn’t want to go anywhere else 😂. He keeps saying, nothing is like the HiltonYala ❤️"

"A special place close to Yala that makes you feel like you’re in the park. Small staff was so friendly and lovely, and I felt well taken care of. Delicious meals—often candlelit and with an outdoor grill. Room was air conditioned and well appointed, despite the jungle setting. Only caution: there probably will be some wildlife in your bathroom! They also organized my safaris in the park, as well as pick ups and drop-offs, which I appreciated."
