"Our booking was to include a balcony with chairs and a table. The room we were given only had a balcony a foot wide. We were booked in for four nights but they could not move us to a balcony room for two nights . We decided not to move as we would have to pack and unpack again. In compensation, the hotel gave us two nights dinner for free. The receptionist Carla did all she could to help us and has our thanks."

"My husband and I had an unfortunate accident starting our vacation in Mondello. We cannot thank the staff at Mondello Glam Hotel enough for their professionalism, empathy and efficiency. Every employee went above and beyond to help us with car service and anything we needed. Location is great. Walkable to the beach and restaurants. It’s a clean, beautiful boutique hotel. Breakfast is excellent and delicious. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel. We were so fortunate to have a clean, safe and comfortable hotel to come back to during a stressful situation.
