Okay - but that is putting it politely!

Okay, I stayed here for around 8 nights and I’m mixed views on it. The location is adequate, located in central Palermo but on first arrival, it is hard to find. It is located under the name of Hotel Rainbow which is not as stated in the advertisement. The guy who first served and met me was friendly, spoke little English (understandable) but helped as much as he could. The cleaners come every morning (somewhat annoying), always on their phone and talk very loud. They don’t really clean the room, just put your old sheets back on. The last night I was approached and shouted at by the neighbour of the hotel/apartment/hostel, she pushed me around, shouted and got in my face (no mask on even with the risk of COVID-19) and I did feel quite unsafe after that. There is never anybody on reception either. Overall, it could have been much better and I advise to look elsewhere!

ho alloggiato al Double H insieme al mio ragazzo prima di ripartire per Roma, ho chiamato nel primo pomeriggio per la sera stessa e mi è stata data una camera pulita con bagno privato al costo di soli 30 euro centralissima dietro al teatro Massimo in piena Palermo. Cortesia assoluta del proprietario che si è anche interessato di chiedermi come stessi visto che avevamo proceduto alla prenotazione di una camera a causa di un mio mancamento. Ritorneremo sicuramente
