"Very nice place, definitely has new young owners you can tell the style of the property, my room was clean, well decorated and simple. And for the coast of Maine in August very good price i was in the hospitality industry for yesrs in maine. And was impressed with this place. Would definitely stay agsin. Only note and its silly, it definitely is not a 20 minute walk into belfast from there because we did it, made for a funny walk back after a few drinks lol "

"An excellent property, clean and well kept. The night I stayed the Expedia was literally 1/3 of the major chain across the street where I usually stay. There was a little computer glitch which threatened to delay the checkins of myself and another guest. But when the other guest mentioned he needed sleep for an early morning job, the host managed a work around to check us in expeditiously, even though it meant extra work for him to follow up with our paper work. I will definitely choose this property on my next trip!"
