Also, I asked the hotel management to repair the non-working lockbox in my room, but they never did. "Arrived at 5:30 on bus. Went to hotel. Had to wait until 7:30 because the electric ring didn't work. On top of that one of the electric rings fell out of place and I had to pay money to fix it. How is all of this my fault? I simply arrive to the hotel to check in and that is all. How am I responsible for the rest? In addition, since I arrived to the hotel too early I had to pay an extra of 30 soles. I was also called a problematic person. The hotel has the check in at 11 and the checkout at 12....

Air conditioning didn't work in room, two smoke detectors were constantly beeping loudly all day and all night, WiFi frequently disappeared, hot water was rare, toilet didn't flush completely, no remote control for the TV.
