I found this all out unfortunately after I was awoken at 5:30 in the morning by the sound of dog wailing and howling in the room/wall next to my bed.

"Absolutely disgusting. Sheets were visibly dirty (hair and grime), sink was backed up with brown water, and floors were filthy. Obvious room had not been cleaned recently."
