"Misleading advertisement that showed there was a desk in the room (we reserved 4 rooms). We were on a business trip and the three most expensive rooms we booked - which was pictured with a desk - did not have one. No toiletries provided except for soap. And no room cleaning - apparently you had to request it. Reception lady was so unfriendly and cold."

"Great food and great staff. The spa is fantastic. However, the room wasn't great. Broken fridge, broken kettle and other broken things. Very bad mould in shower. "

Wir könnten weder vor dem Thermenbesuch noch danach ein Glas Wasser trinken. Ich kann ja nicht im Bademantel zur Bar gehen um mir ein Glas Wasser zu holen. Ein großes Minus"
