If you are looking for ultimate luxury, flawless hospitality, and a pristine tropical escape, this is it. There was truly nothing negative about the entire experience. The hotel itself is stunning. It perfectly blends modern elegance with a relaxed island vibe. Every corner of the property is beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and feels incredibly exclusive. The beach is hands-down one of the best I have ever seen. The sand is pure white, and the water is an amazing, crystal-clear turquoise that looks like a postcard. Spending my days lounging by the beach and the pristine pools was pure bliss. The culinary team deserves a massive shoutout. Every meal we had was absolutely delicious. From the fresh, gourmet breakfasts to the exquisite dinner options, the quality of the food and the presentation were top-tier. "The staff here are amazing. The food not so much… even the specialty restaurants aren’t great. It’s also absurd that we are limited to 3 nice restaurant reservations when we stayed for 6 days. The individual restaurants are ok the buffets are pretty much bad most of the time. The location and rooms are nice and like I said the staff are great. The only problem is the amount of specialty reservations allowed and the overall taste for most of the food. I saw some conflicting reviews about the food before booking and was concerned. For everyone else seeing these let me be clear, if you’re a foody look elsewhere. If you’re not picky and as long as it’s OK go for it."

"We really enjoyed our stay at the courtyard. It’s centrally located where all the action is happening. They have an area reserved for guests in Palm beach and set you up with chairs and cabanas. Breakfast is buffet style and it’s amazing. We loved it! The staff is super attentive and friendly. They have a shallow pool which is great for kids and one for adults. Highly recommended."

"This hotel is very well run with a great beach. I did the all inclusive for $149/day and well worth it especially if you are going to drink a lot as I did. Breakfast buffet is excellent with very friendly and helpful staff. I ate all of my dinners at the SeaBreeze restaurant and the food was excellent as well as the Mango Tangos. I especially appreciated the staff at this restaurant including Eugene, Natalee (million dollar smile), Albert, Juan, and Haybey. Hugely recommended"
