This condo is tired and old. The list of grievances starts as soon as we walked in the door for which we had to call Maintenance to fix! The front door key was not cut correctly and would not open. The window and door wall blinds were broken and slats were missing. The ceiling light fixtures and lamps were missing bulbs/sockets. The kitchen was poorly equipped. There was nothing to clean the sink with. Pots and pans have seen better days. Had to go buy my own pot to use. Bedroom fans could only be turned on if you stand on the bed to reach the chain. The guest room closet was so full of storage bins that there was no space to hang clothes. Linens were frayed with holes in them. It gave the feeling of being Gritty and Unclean! What a place! Buyer Beware!!!
