INTERIOR
The bright condo boasts new furnishings designed for comfort, entertainment, and relaxation. In the living room, you'll find a large sofa, an electronic fireplace and a large TV. The dining area is connected to the living room, making it ideal for gatherings with family or friends. The dining table comfortably seats four people. The kitchen is well-stocked for all your meal preparation needs and features new countertops, a breakfast table, and plenty of natural light.

SLEEPING QUARTERS
The main en-suite includes a queen-sized bed, a 46-inch Smart TV, a ceiling fan, and a large closet. The main bathroom features dual sinks and a shower/bath combination. The guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, a ceiling fan, and a closet. Guests will use a hallway walk-in shower and a single vanity in the guest bathroom.

EXTERIOR
The patio provides views of the Santa Rosa Mountains, a dining table for six, and a four-burner BBQ. The community pool and spa are 150 feet from the condo, and the Putting Green, Tennis, and PickleBall Courts are 500 feet away! It's a super short walk to enjoy a nice swim or tennis! The condo is located in the gated community of Valley Palms.
