"From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely kind. The food was excellent — freshly prepared throughout the day, always warm, and with plenty of variety. The service in the restaurant was outstanding: attentive, friendly, and professional. A special thank you to KAMAL, who was an absolute legend. He consistently looked after us and made sure our dinner experience was enjoyable every evening. He even took the time to practice French with my son, which meant a lot to us and really made our stay memorable. The room was superb — clean, comfortable, and exactly what you want after a long day. Everything about this hotel felt well-run and guest-focused. Thank you to the entire Barceló team. If you are visiting Marrakesh, I highly recommend booking here."

"Rooms were very clean and well looked after. Staff were great and the hotel is a great place to stay with great fascilities and food. Downside is the bars all close at 11 o'clock for all inclusive and the only option hten is to use a bar where you have to pay for drinks etc."

"Wonderful place to stay with very nice friendly staff. Pool was beautiful, rooms with outside space were lovely. Only downside was not much variety in food, you had to leave and get a taxi in order to have a good meal... "

"Tigmiza is a truly special property and not only because of its beauty and amenities but for the incredible staff that make it a haven! We wish we could name EVERYONE who made this stay exceptional. However, we can give special mention to Guest Relations extraordinaire Oussama (this man is a gift to the establishment!) Nothing was too small or big for him to take care of on our behalf. And ALWAYS with a sincere smile. We see the next GM in the making!!! Spa Manager Soukaina and the masseuses we worked with directly were lovely and exceedingly competent in giving us several wonderful spa experiences. Mom is still talking about her Hamman! Finally to all the front desk staff, servers and bell staff, like Hamza, Redouane, Abderrafie and others we say THANK YOU! THANK YOU for helping provide such an amazing holiday!!!
