"A very unique experience. It met my expectations. Owner was very accommodating. Need a car, but then everything is very close. Nice pool, nice private outside areas as well as common areas. Extremely affordable. Keep in mind , I stayed in the Gypsy wagon Queenie for 2 weeks, it’s small but it has what you need. They also have an outdoor kitchen area where we occasionally cooked our own breakfast. Owner gave us a dozen eggs . I look forward to going back again "

"We loved the home and being right on the beach was such a nice experience. The property manager Ton was very helpful and accommodating, we loved having the 10 person van available, we used it everyday. it was easy to drive and maneuver. I personally liked not being surrounded by hotels and resorts. I liked the quieter residential area. By staying here you get a closer look at Aruban life which I appreciate. Locals are all friendly. Enjoyed the reef in our backyard and seeing the local wildlife; iguanas, pelicans, small lizards and birds. Some of our group did some snorkeling right there and really enjoyed seeing all the many species of fish. Currently the home next door is being renovated there was a few days of unpleasant noise, thank goodness it di not continue all week. "

"I brought my daughters for a special spring break experience with the intent to be away from tourist traps and really get to experience Aruba. The home is beautiful and even better than advertised and the host was available without being overbearing. The hammock was my favorite nap space . The only note would be that the beds are very firm and a few more blankets and pillows could go a long way. "
