Je pensais qu'il était sur son ordinateur dans le bureau à côté pour imprimer la réservation que je lui avais envoyée, que nenni, il fumait tranquillement sa cigarette, et moi j'attendais au comptoir… Lorsqu'il a terminé, il est revenu vers moi en me disant que c'était OK, et il m'a donné une chambre.
